These terms govern your use of the Mortgage Ready website and service provided by [Company Legal Name] Ltd ("Mortgage Ready", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Mortgage Ready is a software-as-a-service CRM for UK mortgage brokers and firms. We make the service available to you on a subscription basis, with a 15-day free trial on signup.
Each firm that signs up gets an isolated workspace. You are responsible for the users you invite to your workspace, the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for anything illegal; (b) try to reverse engineer or interfere with the service; (c) upload malware; (d) use the service to send unsolicited marketing to third parties; or (e) misuse the service in a way that affects its availability for other customers.
Subscription fees are as shown on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly) or the end of the current term (annual). Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
We offer a 15-day free trial on every plan. No card is required to start. If you don't add a payment method by the end of the trial, your workspace will be downgraded or suspended; we'll retain your data for 30 days during which you can reactivate.
You own the data you put into Mortgage Ready. We process that data on your behalf as a data processor, under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time.
The Mortgage Ready service, software, design and content is our intellectual property and is protected by UK law. You may use the service subject to these terms but acquire no ownership rights in the service itself.
We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, issue updates, and occasionally experience outages. Support is provided as described on our pricing page.
Mortgage Ready is software — we are not an FCA-authorised firm and we do not provide regulated advice. You and your firm remain responsible for compliance with all regulatory obligations applicable to you, including Financial Conduct Authority rules and UK GDPR.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data; and our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where your use of the service poses a security or legal risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
